In collaboration with equity partner Luzern Associates LLC, 24 Joy Street was acquired in 2011. With the aim of improving this Beacon Hill property, the building underwent a series of capital improvements including the restoration of the original storefront and a full renovation of the retail space. The building now consists of six studio apartments and one commercial unit, complete with high quality property management services.
