Tilia is a ground up development consisting of 5 buildings, 24 condominium units located the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, adjacent to the forest hills T stop. Formally known as Parcel U, this project was acquired by the RFP process by the City of Boston and was then rezoned and permitted for Residential use. Phase A of this project was completed in 2018.
